Common questions
Course registration
If you are having trouble registering for a course:
- Ensure all required fields in the registration form are completed
- Confirm your payment method was accepted
- Check your email (including junk/spam folders) for your confirmation message
If you still cannot complete registration, please contact us.
Confirmation emails
After registering for a course you will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Course date and location
- Training schedule
- Preparation information
- Required materials
If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.
Certification and course completion
Mandt Student Academy training includes certification upon successful completion.
Your instructor will provide guidance during training regarding:
- Certification requirements
- Course completion expectations
- Documentation of attendance
Private or on-site training
Organizations that need training for a group of staff can request private or on-site training.
Private training can be arranged for:
- Healthcare organizations
- Behavioral health providers
- Schools and educational programs
- Residential and support service providers
Please include the number of staff needing training and your preferred timeframe when submitting a request.
