Standard Training Registration Terms

Effective date: May 30, 2026

These terms apply to public and private Mandt System training delivered by Compassionate Learning Institute, LLC (CLI). CLI is a certified Mandt System training provider. Questions about these terms may be sent to Doug@CompassionateLearningInstitute.com or by calling (410) 404-4020.

Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed when accurate participant information and full payment are received. Unless CLI states otherwise in writing, the standard public Mandt Student Academy registration fee is $244 per participant.

Cancellations, Transfers, Credits, and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Doug@CompassionateLearningInstitute.com.

Cancellations received at least 30 calendar days before the course start may be eligible for a refund or credit.

Cancellations received less than 30 calendar days before the course start but before the event starts are eligible for credit only.

Cancellations after the event starts, no-shows, and partial attendance are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If CLI cancels or reschedules a course, registrants may choose a transfer to a future session, a credit valid for one year, or a refund.

For Mandt Student Academy courses, the MSA fee/credit portion may be governed by Mandt System requirements and may not be refundable once submitted or reserved.

Certification

Participants who complete all required training components and meet assessment requirements may receive a Mandt System certificate valid for one year. CLI does not guarantee certification for participants who do not complete required components or who do not meet assessment requirements.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and safely with instructors and other participants. CLI may remove a participant from training for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund or credit.

Intellectual Property

Course materials, training content, presentations, and supporting documents provided during training remain the intellectual property of CLI or its training partners. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CLI provides training for educational purposes. CLI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to registration, attendance, scheduling changes, or use of training information.

Updates

CLI may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page controls unless CLI has provided different written terms for a specific private training agreement.
